The CDA (Capital Development Authority), in a statement on Friday, invited interested parties to apply for a consultant seat for Islamabad’s master plan, which is being developed for the period 2020-2040.
In the notification to the authority, result-oriented and experienced international companies, consortium and joint ventures were encouraged to submit their bids through a one-step integrated bidding process.
Full details of the recruitment process can be obtained from the RFP document available on the CDA and PPRA websites. The document may also be obtained from the CDA Director’s Master Planning Office.
Potential bidders were required to submit their expressions of interest in the form of proposals within 45 days of the publication of the Notice on October 2 – with notice of the November 16 deadline for filing by 12:00 Noon. According to the available information, technical proposals will open on the same day at the office of the general planning of the director of CDA at 14:30 PM.
