Lahore: according to the news, Mian Mehmood-Ur-Rasheed, the minister for housing has expressed that Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of LDA City New Pakistan Apartments this month.
He further said that 35000 apartments to be constructed at 8000 kanals in Mauza Haloki. Further, he told that with the cost of Rs10billion, 4000 apartments will be constructed at 650 kanals.
The Minister visited the site accompanied by LDA Vice-Chairman SM Imran. He expressed that PC-1 worth Rs20billion has been approved by the government for infrastructure development.
He further told that 125 four-storey blocks at 563 Kanals are to be constructed at the cost of Rs10billion.
Bank of Punjab will issue an application for allotment. Tenders are called for construction. Moreover, advertisements will be given in newspapers, digital media, and televisions.
The government has planned to complete the project in one and a half years. Cabinet will be sought eligibility criteria and terms and conditions.
