Lahore: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore revealed new offers regarding the sale of residential and commercial plots on a three-year payment plan- with a DHA Lahore open ballot to be held on October 26, 2020.
Between September 16 and October 5 the interested parties can apply for the open ballot.
The sizes of residential plots on offer are 1-kanal, 2-kanal, 7-marla,10-marla, and 5-marla. Similarly, 80-marla, 40-marla, 16-marla, 8-marla, 4-marla, and 2-marla commercial property plots are also offered.
Moreover, DHA Lahore has announced a relaxation in the bylaws for commercial construction on these plots. The following special incentives will be offered to the developers:
- Relaxation of Height
- Parking Spaces
- Improved FAR (Floor-Area Ratio)
- Priority on DHA procedures
- 4-5% Rebate on lump-sum payment
- No Drawing submission Fee
Furthermore, DHA Lahore has announced new entertainment facilities, educational institutes, and commercial areas in order to offer better amenities for its residents. DHA official website (www.dhalahore.org) will show all the details of phases, prices, sizes, registration fees, and installment fee posts by September 16.
