ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) has approved the development of the Blue Area Islamabad Project in G-9/F-9. The idea is to boost development in Islamabad as per International standards.
After the developmental activities gain momentum in this area, the authority will prepare a plan to auction plots in the Blue Area soon. Prior to this, a meeting has been called to revise the layout plan of Sector D-12. The project is scheduled to witness completion within a time-frame of 1 year and will cost around PKR 612 million.
The scope of development encompasses the revamping of culverts to improve the water supply system, uplift the drainage and sewerage mechanisms, landscaping, improving roads and footpaths, provision of electricity to the area.
