Lahore: According to a news source, LDA (Lahore Development Authority) revealed details of land use regulations issued in 2020 to encourage business and industrial activity in four Lahore counties.

According to the disclosed details, the Civil Agency has reduced the marketing fee by 5% in the case of a lump sum. Though, to make it easier to pay marketing fees in installments, the agency also extended the installment plan from 2 – 3 years.
The spokesman said that the authorities launched the Iqbal sector on an area of 10 thousand Kanals after allocating land in the previous sector – the Jinnah sector – via balloting.

Authorities also recently completed construction of the underpass Lal Shahbaz Qalandar near Firdous Market, and Baab e Lahore was also built near Thokar Niaz Baig.
