LAHORE: The LDA CEO has established a department to evaluate and monitor progress in 4,000 housing projects. The project is being developed under the auspices of LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments.
The Directorate is officially called directorate of Housing Authority XII and will be administered by the Supplementary General Directorate (Urban Planning).
The Directorate will carry out tasks related to property management, marketing and sales of apartments.
The divisional hierarchy has been designed such that a Class 19 officer is appointed Director, a Class 18 officer is appointed as Deputy Director, and two Class 17 officers are appointed as Assistant Director. Places in the management are also reserved for subordinate employees.
